The worst experience I have ever had with a car dealership. I have had to fix everything regarding the purchase transaction of my car. I have spent so much time calling and fixing. Never again will I buy a vehicle here.

I walked into this dealership with no real intention on leaving with a car. I had the best customer service experience from beginning to end. Even when I had a moment of despair they never stopped working on my behalf. Thank you Cody “The fly guy” Wilson. You were so patient. And thank u my new brother Cory who made sure I drove away in a 2021 Hyundai Kona.
Bought a vehicle here 2 months ago took forever for them to figure out what was wrong with it finally got the car now 2 months later I have to pay $1600 to have it fixed because it needs all new timing chains and phasers. apparently when they do an inspection they don't do it well enough.
Do NOT use this dealership! Its chaotic, nobody is on the same page, you do everything they ask and you end up backwards. They take forever. They have no real person to person service. They always seem to busy. They lie about what comes with your car (this happened to my daughter). Just DON'T go somewhere else. Smaller dealerships you get so much more as far as customer service

the sales reps are helpful and knowledgeable but they're not pushy or judgmental I found everyone there was extremely helpful and friendly they're one of the best warranties I have ever seen on used vehicles and I went in thinking that I already had a lender lined up and yet they found me one even better than what I had I was seriously impressed with how hard they worked for me they definitely have a lifelong customer and me and I would highly recommend them to anyone
So we bought a 🚗 and I’m in love with it!!!!! Thanks to Seth at ray skillman Hyundai for helping us with the process and we are highly satisfied with the service you gave us!
