We have bought 2 cars from them in a year, both of which have had to have the transmissions replaced within 3 months of buying them. The first vehicle we were able to have it repaired at another shop under our extended warranty. The last vehicle we bought was a mini van that didn't even last 2 months before the transmission went out. It was still under the 3 month/3,000 mile warranty so we had it towed to them. I can't say enough good about Ray's! we had a minor issue with one of the trucks we are financing. made a phone call and had my truck back and fixed in leas than 48 hours. they truly care about their customers! Thanks for being an upstanding business that we can trust and count on!

Shouldn't even get one. Only got one since I was financed through a bank. But never again. I highly recommend to take whatever vehicle you get from there to a main dealership have them to quote the price of the van and pay for a diagnosis scan. I wish I did that. Not even 2 weeks after I got it I had issues with it messing up. Took 2 months just to get them to help with one thing.
