I originally posted a negative review after having a less than ideal experience, but want to update it after speaking with Jeff. He immediately addressed my concerns and was quick to make it right. Having the owner speak with me directly shows how much they value all their customers. I appreciate the honesty and sincerity and I will be using them again in the future!
Failed to order CO for my new vehicle and when I received it was not properly filled out! CO was finally ordered after I brought the matter to their attention a month after buying my new vehicle. No consideration for hours of my life trying to get things figured on my end. Laethem chalked it up as human error on their part because we don't live in a perfect world.
