Such a horrible service department - today I waited over 2 hours for the oil change that I was told would only take 45 mins. (I arrived at the dealership before it open at 7 am, and was third in line.) Then the useless service tech - rose orzel - gave me someone else’s invoice with all their personal information (name, address, phone, email, vehicle, VIN, etc.) and presumably gave mine to someone else - obviously the dealership has no regard for privacy and protecting personal information.
For routine maintenance I was able to make an appointment the day before. I got there and everything went like clockwork. From "check in" to the coffee and TV in the comfortable waiting area the time flew by - and then - "maintenance DONE". Will definitely visit there again.
EJ Borden is an exceptional sales person. He found the car I wanted and drove to another town to get it for me. The service department is simply the best. It is the only place that I take my car.
We had a great experience with our Buick Enclave lease. The Sales team were a big help in aiding us decide on our lease of Buick Enclave. EJ Borden was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
