No one here at this office actually care about the well being of the children or the concerns of the parents. All they every want to do is give shots and shots only. If you delay on vaccines, they will dismiss you as a patient. They sent me a letter saying they are a vaccination only clinic and because my child has been effected negatively by vaccines, they are no longer welcomed. I would never recommend them to anyone.
Dr. Ray was rude and condescending on multiple visits. She completely brushed off my concerns. The nurse practitioner also misdiagnosed on the first visit. We have moved on and have found great care elsewhere. Also, the office does not allow strollers - which makes managing multiple toddlers dangerous next to a very busy road.
Visited the office on Edgewood, two front office girls were nice,rest of the staff rude , tried to rush me and my children after I waited an hour and 45 minutes. I was not impressed with the doctor at all, she took no time with us, and the office is very dirty, outdated and dreary. I took my children one time and will not go back. Highly disappointed.
All around TERRIBLE office. My wife and and I took our son to this office 3 times and changed doctors. The office staff lied to my face about an appointment to cover their screw up and them blamed me for making the appointment. The office manager is terrible and completely unqualified to run a doctors office. The wait times are well over an hour with a toddler. Dr. Ray refused to return my call about an issue and then sent a certified letter discharging my son.
