Great Customer Centered Experience Our first purchase from Ravenel Ford. After discerning our needs through conversations and listening (!!), they found the right used Edge for our family that balanced our wants with the price range we were looking for. Process was friendly, quick and satisfying.
Very, very disappointed in this dealership. Came by to look at a used 2016 F-150 Sport package and max retail with KBB and NADA it’s only between $35,000- $36,000 and they’re asking $42,000. When confronted with price was told to leave and that I knew too much about the business.
Excellent customer service Have purchased 5 cars from them so far, and will continue to come back. No pressure, friendly and honest atmosphere. Shulton is the best! Top notch dealership.
New 2017 King Ranch Super Duty I just purchased a new 2017 F250 King Ranch from Ravenel Ford. This is my third Super Duty bought there. My first was a used 2008 F250 Lariat. Next was a 2011 F350 King Ranch. I said I would never sell it, but the new model sucked me in. I was able to sell my 2011 KR to my son in law, and that made me happy. However the 2017 King Ranch is beyond approach in my opinion. And so is the sales, and service departments at Ravenel Ford. New 2017 King Ranch Super Duty I have bought many vehicles from Ravenel Ford over the years. Several new Expeditions, a Ford Escape for my daughter, and one used 2008 F250, and two new Super Duty trucks. Sales staff is great, friendly, and without pressure.
