Excellent, no-pressure customer service From the moment I called Ravenel Ford, I had excellent customer service. Kevin Downs was my salesman and I highly recommend him to anyone. He is honest, not pushy, and genuinely has the customer's best interest in mind. I had been to at least 7 dealerships in Charleston before trying Ravenel Ford and completely regret not going there first as there is no comparison. Kevin and Curtis gave me amazing deal on my car and I could not be happier with it.
Truck purchase This is my third truck from Ravenel Ford. There was no cat and mouse game over price. I received a fair price on my trade-in. Charles Curry sat down with me and showed me options for rebates. Best of all it only took 1.5 hours to purchased and have my new truck ready. There was no pressure to purchase like the other dealership on Savannah Highway or run my credit only when inquiring about a truck without my permission.

Got a good deal on a great vehicle with minimum hassle Kevin and the Ravenel Ford team made the buying process simple and stress-free and offered me a very good deal on a certified car. I would definitely recommend the dealership to other potential buyers looking for a similar experience.

Ford Number Seven Over the course of 15-16 years, we have purchased three Ford Expeditions, two Ford Super Duties, an Escape for our daughter, and last week a 2017 Limited Expedition. Great place to go Tommy at Ravenel Ford was fantastic. He was not pushy and understood that we needed a few private moments to discuss the best decision for us. He answered all of our questions and didn't mind our one child running around and our babies occasional screams. We felt so welcomed and taken care of!

Down home dealer I went to almost every dealer in the area and kept going back to Ravenel because of no pressure and they actually treated my family like family. I will definately deal with them again.
