RecommendedWe experienced a serious “death wobble” steering problem with our F-250 while traveling from Indiana to Savannah. Brian in the service department was so friendly and accommodating. He made sure our truck was fixed and had us back on the road in about an hour. Other area dealerships told us it would be 3 days to 2 weeks before we could get a service appointment. The Ravenel service department literally saved our vacation. For that, my wife and I are forever grateful!!
Don’t deal with Deb (Service Manager) Deb wanted me to pay for a tire even though I had the tire plan. When I told her we don’t need the new tire because we had just traded the vehicle she said “You can’t do that!”. I again said we traded the vehicle and don’t need the tire anymore. She said “Well we’ll just eat the cost!”. I told her I didn’t think she was understanding what I was saying. I thought I was being clear. There was an audible HUFF and she HUNG UP ON ME!!!!!!! Let that sink in!!!
We worked with Matt Johnson and he was really great to work with. After a few places before with salesmen on their phones or no knowledge of the cars, he was a breath of fresh air. Very knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely loves what he does. Loved working with him!

Deb the service manager was horrid to me on the phone. Her attitude and professionalism was lacking severely. I am having difficulties already with my car and was looking to bring my car into her service however after her phone call I took my time and business elsewhere. I do not recommend speaking or interacting with her.
I reserved the new Bronco online and visited the store on Friday to discuss the ordering process. I met with the Scott and Dave and had a great conversation. I brought my wife back the next day, just to look at a Mustang. Scott took a lot of time and educated us on all the new tech, as compared to Mustangs my wife owned in the past. Two days later, my wife ordered a Mustang. It was by far the best and easiest dealer experience we have ever had. No BS, no pressure. Tommy Holston was not pushy and never made us feel like we needed to purchase one specific truck. He was willing to help us find the best truck that fit our needs.
