Buying a new car truly could not be easier! Absolutely no pressure. Explained my new vehicle operating systems completely, competitive financing, and even helped me with insurance. I highly recommend this dealership and Ted Blankenship. Definitely worth the short drive from Charleston!
Outstanding. Everyone has been extremely friendly and help. Kevin Downs made me feel extremely comfortable the minute I walked in at Ravenel Ford. He has bent over backwards to make sure I have the car I want. I have had 3 Ford Explorers. A 1995, 2005 and 2015. I bought the 2015 from Ravenel and returned to buy the 2017 because it is a great dealership. Service Department is great too which is very very important.
Very pleasant car-buying experience Shelton Blanding in sales went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and find us a better deal than the TrueCar quote we had brought. Curtis Bellegante in finance worked with us to find a down payment we could afford and a monthly payment plan we could handle. Overall a very pleasant and thorough experience.
Ford F150 with Kevin Our experience with Ravenel Ford was amazing! We came to Kevin Downs with a near impossible situation, and we walked away with exactly what we were looking for and needed, because of him. Kevin was courteous, and treated us like family. Excellent Used Focus Purchase Purchased a 20124 Ford Focus with 18k miles. Saw unit first online. Like new. Went to dealership and dealt with Kevin Downs. Did an excellent job. Made a fair price for our trade-in. Car drives perfectly. Very satisfied.
