We purchased a new escape. We called ahead a couple of days before to make sure they had the car that we wanted. Kameron answered the phone and couldn't have been more helpful. We showed up unexpectedly on a saturday and Kameron brought both cars out for us to check out. We decided on one and were out of there is less than 2 hours total time. All of the staff were excellent and i would highly recommend the drive to Ravenel Ford.

Tammy and Donny I dread car shopping!!! but I knew what we wanted to look at, we made an appointment truck was ready to go when we arrived, they looked at our trades did a little back and forth was satisfied. Out in less than 2 hours. We LOVE our truck and the included 3 month warranty. We will be going back in a few months for my Birthday present. I will be recommending everyone to go to Ravenel Ford.

Horrable Service Center and Customer Service ***PSA*** Avoid this dealership!!! I bought a used 2014 Ford F150 from them. I had a 36000 mile warranty and began having issues with the air conditioner. The air conditioner was making a loud noise and would stop blowing cold air after a short period. I took the vehicle in to be serviced and have the air conditioner repaired twice for the same issue while under warranty. The second time the vehicle was brought in for this issue it was just before the warranty was about to expire.... read more

In the interest of full disclosure, I think anyone reading your review of us should know all the facts:The A/C repair was completed under warranty a year ago in June 2016, the particular part called for by Ford had an issue and was replaced under warranty in July 2016. F250 search a little confusion on the start of the process but after being handed off to Mr. Tommy Holston all went well , I was in and out in 30 min and got a free Ford hat and a great 2017 F250 to boot , thanks guys

Well worth the drive Drove from Savannah bypassing several big name ford dealers to find this hidden gem! What a great savings for such a short drive. Highly recommend, no hassle or haggling and no pressure to buy. Very helpful.
