If you’re planning on any upgrades or repairs, you might want to plan ahead and check that your needed parts are in stock, chances are, they are not. Waited months for a replacement fender under warranty for failed paint, waited another 2 weeks for bolts to put that fender on, and then waited another 3 weeks for replacement emblems for that fender. I took my bike in, planning to drop it off for my 1000 mile service and pick it up maybe next weekend if they had it done. They got in and out the same day. I really appreciated not having to come from Hermiston to pick it up later. I always get great service from these folks. Thanks RMHD
