Simple truth. This dealership is the best I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I was on a road trip, broke down 23 miles away, had my 2014 Ultra Limited towed in, and although arriving 25 min after closing, the service manager, service writer, and mechanic, stayed, did the repair, and had me back on the road before 7 pm. They honesty take customer service to a whole new level!
I brought my 2005 Road King Classic in with a flat rear tire right around 9:00 am on July 14. I asked Pierre about just replacing the tube if need be as the tire had less than 2000 miles on it. I told him I was prepared to pay for a new tire if need be. He was up front with me and told me that it mighty take until 6:00pm. Lots of things going on at the dealership so it made the three hour wait pretty easy. I was pleasantly surprised when he told me they replaced the tube. Good looking Rides
Do not ever waste your time with this service department. When I bought my bike, I reluctantly bought their Premium Maintenance plan. Yet even with this, and taking weeks to make an appointment, after 2.5 hours of waiting and nobody even looking at my bike I was told sorry you don't have an appointment. Last time I was in as a Premium customer it was a 4 hour oil change. This time after 2.5 hours and my appointment being given to another person of more importance, I had to leave.
