TERRIBLE customer service in the service department. We will be riding to Lone Wolf Harley in Spokane for any needed service from now on.
I went in to get my bike serviced. The people that work there are all great in every department. I wondered around looking at bikes, parts, and riding gear while my bike was being serviced. Everyone there is friendly, helpful, and seems to be happy to there. Thank you to everyone that works at Rattlesnake Mountain Harley Davidson!

My dad bought a bike (private sale) off of Ivan in the service department and tonight it's parked outside the hotel room in Quesnel BC. Great ride, and pushing north tomorrow morning.
Ok. I'm not going to go into a lot of detail about my little "incident" today, but I just want to let you know that as soon as the phone call was made, they sent Bobby out with the trailer to come fetch me. When we arrived at the dealership, everyone was concerned about how I was doing and if I was ok. The bike was secondary in the conversation. I truly felt there was a family "feel" going on, and that I am being taken care of Thanks and kudos to the staff for getting out of a bind and taking care of me.
