The store itself and the store staff is pretty nice, but the service department is trash !! I was told to just bring my bike in early on a Saturday because they don’t make appointments on Saturdays. Was told it would only take an hour or two to get me in and finished.... when I got there (at 10am) I was told “it should be done sometime before 6pm” � !! I live 50 miles away... spending 4-8 hours sitting at the store waiting for my bike is NOT how I want to spend my entire Saturday ! I will be going elsewhere from now on.

Bought my 2013 Electra glide limited Saturday, first H-D I’ve ever owned and from JR in sales to Dusty the Manager I had a great experience. So far only two minor issues with the bike, heated grips don’t work and radio isn’t picking up but one or two radio stations but went to the shop the following Saturday when they actually take walk ins (WOW never seen that before). They got me right in ordered the parts I needed and took great care of me. Thanks everyone.
