This dealership went way above and beyond what I could have asked for. I was on day 1 of a 4 day ride and my bike started to act up. They were close by so I stopped in right after opening. They moved some stuff around and got me fixed while I had a quick lunch. Trip stayed on track and the bike ran great. I'm truly great full for the service they showed me when it would have been so easy to tell me off. I'd definitely recommend doing business with these guys!!
I have been a motorcycle owner for over 50 years and dreaded buying a new Ultra Limited because of past negative experiences with dealers. Service department is extremely slow and overpriced! If you need something fixed for a dirt bike DO NOT take it here!! Go to JMC in Pasco, much better service and for a great price.
Picked up a 2019 Limited. Entire team was awesome to work with. Everyone took care of my wife and I. We a very positive experience!
was a pleasant experience! Caution buying at a show though...we've had our bike for 5 days now and cant ride it as we are still waiting on paperwork 😭
