From the moment I called till I rode my new bike off the lot I was treated as family! Every question, every request was answered and felt with almost instantly. The entire staff took care of my wife and I like we were VIPs! Helped with sizing for jackets, rain gear, boots, luggage racks, and passenger back rest, everything we asked about was like we were the only people in the store, and we definitely were not. Don’t ever purchase their extended warranty/maintenance plan if you may ever leave the area. This plan/coverage will not be valid at any other dealership, as most other major auto/motorcycle dealers are. Completely my fault for trusting what I was told and not reading all of the small print but it is still extremely disappointing.

Knowledgeable staff and 45 minutes in and out the door with a new bike. Totally painless. They cut me a real good deal and gave me a good price on my modified antique trade in. LOL!

Never doing business with rattlesnake mountain Harley Davidson again after today. Ask 10 people for help and get ignored or rude comments or lazy people who think it’s not their job to help customers. Bunch of price gouging snakes. The name fits I guess.
