Their sales customer service is horrible especially their sales manager John. If his sales staff follows by his example not sure how they sell anything. We bought a Polaris from out of town. had to give a 500.00 deposit via PayPal to hold and reserve unit. Couldn't and have not heard back from our sales person since they received their deposit. If it was not for their parts and service department we would never have had updates or known when our unit was even ready for pickup. I'm upset the sales manager gets any commission ... read more
Great service department. I had trouble calling to make a appointment but that was to be expected. Stater,compensator,auto tensioner battery and regulator I was back on the road...
I brought my Ultra Classic to the shop in the early stages of the coronavirus situation and unfortunately with having to downsize their staff my bike was kind of forgotten about. I called on Friday to check and Pierre had my bike done by the end of the day on Saturday. Everything was done with great attention. Fast forward to today(Tuesday) and while out for a ride my throttle started to stick. Great experience and the staff is so friendly!
These guys are top notch, down to earth, honest, and they know the product they are selling. They do their best to look after their customers during and after the sale. I bought my first road bike earlier this week, they made the deal work for me. They even stayed late to make it all work out! Now I have a gorgeous bike and miles to rack up! If I'm ever in the market again, I'll definitely bring my business back to them!
I just bought my 3rd bike from Rattlesnake, these guys worked with me worked with me when certain other dealerships wouldn’t even call me back, they’ll work hard to get the deal that’ll fit you, the whole staff is always friendly & very helpful , we’re located just outside of Yakima & during riding season my wife & I love to take the ride down just to go buy a couple of shirts. I highly recommend buying a bike from these guys, they always treat you right!!!!
The sales staff at RMHD are AWESOME!! I have been working with Josh, Bre, Shawn and Chad for nearly 5 months. The last two months have been hectic trying to get my credit score up, but I finally made it happen and with ALOT of help with H-D, the sale was finally approved within the terms I liked. I also received OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE from the parts and service departments. Jeremy and Nicole. They were also very helpful on giving me knowledge and advice on parts and service with my previous bike.
the staff in parts and motor clothes are amazing and the mechanics are knowledgeable and efficient. everyone knows their job and does it extremely well. great job
