Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me. I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. Doc RATNER rushed us in then out. He did not seem caring and barely listened to us. Recently i has a surgery done with another Urologist (Dr. Aaron) who has been my doctor for 20+ years. The evening of the surgery there was a complication and Dr. Ratner was the on call doctor. He was rude, not willing to listen to the problem and basically wanted me to call back a few hours later. Maybe he wanted me to wait until another doctor would be on call or maybe when he was done with dinner. He basically could not be bothered with my concerns.
