I have taken all my family's cars and trucks for maintenance and repairs and Sam and his crew always do a phenomenal job. Their prices are competitive, their customer service is refreshing (especially for a mechanic shop) and their quality is top notch. If I had one negative, it would be the distance from my home to their shop, but I gladly drive the extra mile for quality and friendly service.. Can't go wrong with the Ratchet Brothers
They did an amazing job on my truck, they were helpful and super knowledgeable and weren’t bugged by any of my questions. They replaced my timing belt, drive belts, power steering pump and water pump in a day!! And it didn’t even cost an arm or a leg! These guys are the best
Came For a DFW TUNDRA CREW Sponsored oil change, got to meet some of the shop guys, really nice clean waiting area, and it was even small dog friendly. They were really busy but still found the time to service my truck and get me out in reasonable amount of time
I love love this place!! It’s far from me, but I still make sure to come here whenever my car decides to act up! Everybody here is friendly and quick to act, but my favorite one is Jeremy, because even though he does different things in the job, he still manages to stay friendly! They fix cars in a timely manner so I would recommend to anyone who’s looking for a friendly atmosphere with people who are hard workers!!
Sam Jeremy Cy and Eddie and The whole crew are awesome. Great customer service Great Prices and offer a full variety of services. There Equipment is top notch. The Expertise and knowledge of all vehicles is second to none. I would highly recommend to anybody who needs good quality work done.
It's always a great experience getting your vehicle worked on here. I had to get the Wifey's car fixed. I got to Netfix and chill until the repair was finished... And i didn't even make it to the movie credits.lol. Did I mention that the waiting area is really comfy ??
These guys are great! They have helped me numerous times with my car, truck, and motorcycle. They have always completed work with a straightforward honest approach. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else! It's nice to have a shop in the area that is honest.
This place is seriously top notch!! They have excellent service and super convenient being so close to our gym! Go see them, you won't be disappointed!! Fair prices and quick service!
