I needed an A/C overhaul on my Jeep. Dropped my car off on Friday and by Saturday at 1:30 it was done. Didn’t expect it back until Monday. Sam stayed late and finished it early. I was very impressed by this shop’s customer service, honesty and super fast turn around time. I highly recommend Ratchet Brothers Service Center. We will use them again.

Sam and the team at Ratchet Brothers Service Center took care of me the way a shop should operate. From quick response with a very fair price to absolutely excellent customer service, every step of the process was awesome. They take care of you like they would want to be taken care of. I will be back for sure!
Got some new shoes on my truck and James was the BEST! Not only did I get good service and was not made to feel stupid cuz I’m a woman, but James offered to let a customer after me use his own PERSONAL truck to get down the street for a meeting so he didn’t have to be late while his inspection was being done. If you’re female, come here. Seriously.
