Had Hector & David W today out to my house to clean out my air ducts, clean tile in 3 separate rooms and also clean the carpets through out my house. They showed up 10 minutes early and were ready to work. Both gentlemen were very polite, professional & courteous. Hard to find these days! They were able to get gum and an olive oil stain out of our carpet. The Tech's were on time, professional and not over board when selling, but Good at explaining services that are offered. Thanks again!!!!
Had my air ducts and dryer vent cleaned yesterday. Nick V and Jordan did a great job explaining and showing me everything they were doing. Very professional and went out of their way to make sure I was happy with their service.
Highly recommend Rasmussen Cleaning! My two technicians (Nick C. & James) took pride in their work and were incredibly pleasant to have around. While Nick C. was giving me a thorough rundown of services, my two year old was hamming it up. James was nice enough to humor my little one in the interim, which I can't stress enough how nice that was. It's the little things that create a customer for life and these two nailed it. This was my first time using this company, and they did a fantastic job! They sent Jordan and Nick and I would definitely recommend them. They were supposed to be at my house between between 11 and 1 and they showed up right at 11. They explained everything to me step by step and showed me before and after pictures. They were very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone!
