I was told my carpets would lighten up as it dried. They didn't really. I was told some spots they couldn't lighten at all really. The big ones. I didn't know all the spots wouldn't lighten. The service took maybe 30 minutes for 3 rooms and a hallway. In the middle of cleaning my carpets the technician asks to use the bathroom. You'd think just to go #1 right? NO. DIARRHEA. Hector and Nate came by to do our air duct cleaning in Lakeville. They were professional and upfront about all charges before doing work. I had to take a few work calls during the service and they were unbelievably kind. Would recommend 100%
Hector and Chad did a great job with my duct work and tile cleaning. The pictures were not a surprise and the after pictures were fantastic to see. Everything is so clean now! They called ahead and arrived right on time. They even were friendly with my dogs. Highly recommend!!
They did a fantastic job cleaning our furnace motor and ducts! David and Harlin called before arriving and arrived on time. They explained what the service could do and gave an estimate before beginning. David said it would take about 2-2 1/2 hours to complete ( we also had them clean our dryer vent), and that was correct. They were very thorough and friendly, and we will definitely have them back in 4 yrs!

Hector and Ryan did an amazing job! They even arrived early and called ahead of time to make sure I was ready for them. They explained the process, offered their suggestions for other services, but there was no pressure. The vents and carpets look amazing and my house was left neat and tidy. I highly recommend Rasmussen and I will use them again.
We had our air ducts and carpet cleaned in just a few hours by Hector and Ricardo. Everything looks fantastic and smells great. The walk through and estimate was thorough; follow up recommendations were very helpful. I would absolutely recommend their services.
Due to a difficult dryer vent run, I needed to contact the office for a follow-up visit. The gentlemen who handled my request on the phone was very helpful and professional, and he stated that they would come back out to recheck all of the items just to assure that I was satisfied.
