James and Ryan arrived right on time to clean the vents. I was told they would be here between 8 and 9 and when I looked out the window at five minutes to 8, they were parked there waiting until 8 to ring my doorbell! We went through the house, James explained my options, and they then proceeded to clean. They were both very personable and professional. I will be using Rasmussen again.

Both Abe & Trevor did a wonderful job in our home! They called ahead to let us know they were running a few minutes ahead so we could get started ahead of schedule. That was great. Abe and David were at my house at 8am sharp! I really appreciate that, plus the phone call prior telling me they were on the way. They explained everything in great detail and did an excellent job! Hector and Ryan were fantastic! Had the vents cleaned. Very professional and friendly. They asked if they should remove their shoes and if the cat will avoid running outside. Those little details add up! Great service and nice to see before and after pictures. I also appreciated that there was no pressure to buy extra services. Definitely recommend!
