Had James and John arrive on time, but we weren't home yet. They graciously waited the extra 10 minutes and went straight to evaluating the home upon arrival. They listened to our concerns and explained the best options. Bottom line - excellent service. Thorough work and we're not only satisfied with the customer service, but this customer is satisfied with the overall service. We can actually feel the difference in the home and will definitely have them back in a couple of years.
I was very pleased with the service I received from Rasmussen Cleaning Service. We recently moved into a house that had not been well maintained, and Abe and Brian explained what needed to be done to get the ducts and furnace cleaning and running optimally. They were prompt, professional, and careful, and I will have them back for future maintenance.
Hector was great. He arrived on time, and was very professional. As this was our first time cleaning our air ducts, they were pretty dirty and he took his time explained things very well and did and excellent job. I would highly recommend this company and Hector!
James and Nofo did a great job. Very thorough and efficient. They had a great attitude and were good communicators. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Jebediah and NOFO did an excellent job cleaning the carpet in four rooms. They explained the process and were extremely thorough with the cleaning.
My home has a complicated heating/cooling system, and James and David spent a lot of extra time explaining the process to me and ensuring that I was comfortable with everything I would be paying for. The were courteous, respectful of my home, and put everything back in its place when they were done with the job.
Abe & Tony did a wonderful job. They arrived right on time, explained what would be done and I am totally happy with the work they did!
