I have used Rasmussen cleaning service for years! I have a home daycare and its important to keep clean. Hector and David W. were here this afternoon did a great job! They called before coming since their schedule allowed for them to come earlier than scheduled. I explained I have little ones napping and they were fine with waiting until after 2:30 allowing the children to nap. My clients ask who does my carpets and I refer this company! Thanks guys!!
We felt they have deceptive sales practices. We were quoted a price of $89 at a trade show. But when the workers arrived they tried to up-sale us. With the extra things we had done we expected $200 but ended up paying over $400. Also, if we did everything they suggested, it would have cost $1000. Also, they didn't cover all the vents (and remove the covering they did place). Hector & Kareem serviced our home today. We had 3 rooms carpet cleaned and our ducts/vents/furnace/dryer vents sanitized and cleaned. They were on time, very knowledgeable and extremely professional. I will definitely call them again for future services. Great job!
Best service experience I have had in years! Hector and Roger we timely, professional, courteous and went above and beyond cleaning my vents. I gave them a difficult task with the position and length of my dryer vents. They took the time to be sure they were cleaned completely and then cleaned up afterwards. Recommend them 100%!! We had our vents cleaned on 05/04/2018 by Rasmussen Cleaning Service, they sent Ryan and Nick C and we were impressed with their professionalism, great attitude, friendly manners, we use them again!! They explained every step thoroughly, were extremely neat, and cleaned our vents better than ever! The house smelled better right away, we had our vents cleaned before but never like this!! Well, as you can see - the reviews are Great!! Tom and Nick came out to clean my carpets. "Wow" So, if you're thinking about Stanley Steemer or any other main stream carpet cleaning company - "think again" and the real benefit: at least half the price.
Our technicians were James and Kevin and we were happy from moment one with their friendliness, expertise, and overall wonderful job they did! They told us exactly what needed to be done and what services weren't necessary and we didn't feel pressured or like they were trying to upsell, which was really nice. I like to support local business and liked that Rassmussen was a MN company. Jordan and David were prompt, professional and knowledgeable about their profession. They took care to test colorfastness of my wool stair runner before cleaning it. They coordinated the work (ducts and carpets) and were efficient. Well done, Jordan and David! And thank you
Just had Jordon and Nick C out to clean my vents. Very professional and friendly. Did great job. Explained all their cleaning services but did not push them on me. I felt they were honest in what was needed or could wait till the next cleaning. They moved all the furniture back even if they didn’t move it in the first place.
