This is the only place I have ever visited, where I get a bill after paying my co-pay! I feel like I’m being extorted. Every time I visit, I pay my $45, specialty care co-pay, and then a couple weeks later I get a $15 bill saying “insurance wouldn’t pay this, you need to pay it!” I have NEVER been sent a bill for more than my copay, either from a hospital or a doctor office. The front desk receptionist is never nice, the only thing I like is the nurses, who are fantastic and understanding, and a couple of the doctors.

Never again will I come to this place. I have taken all 4 of my kids here for a couple of years and it was amazing. The one day I’m pushing closing Time because I have 2 at home with the flu and had to have someone watch them. I called 8 mins before they closed while I was on my way and was told I would be seen if I got there by 7:58. My clock showed 7:58 on the dot.
