This place used to be great. Ever since COVID it has gone down hill. Trying to shove a COVID test in your nose even when you don’t have enough symptoms to justify it. BEWARE!! Waited over an hour for my son who clearly has a sinus infection with no fever and no other COVID symptoms be seen tried to force a COVID test and when we denied it we were basically shoved out the door with some cough medicine and no school note because we refused COVID test. This will be the last time we come here! NEVER AGAIN!!!
Rude front staff and doctor. They do not listen and to worried about telling you what they want to tell you.
Terrible rude customer service with front desk and whoever answers the phone. Told me Covid test 48 hour results . Went in took my money than said 3-4 days , called at 7 days rude phone person said I told you 7-10 days ... will never go back .
Y’all always have us in and out. I called last night 12 minutes before close and I pulled up and saw lights out, but they waited for me. Even if it meant they had to stay later. I appreciate it. Always fast and friendly.
These jerks refused to see me because I can’t wear a mask as I’m extremely claustrophobic and am obviously in distress and need help. Nevermind I could see several of their staff not wearing masks...hypocrites. If I die from an infection getting to my bloodstream, my blood will be on their hands and my husband will sue their pants off.
Witnessed this first hand and was appalled. Never left a negative review in my life on Facebook. Witnessed a patient with CDC pre-approved need to be screen for COVID19 was sent to this location for testing. The patient was ill and stated they asked for the test three times. The doctor refused to give the COVID19 test, decided to give flu and step test instead, but charged the patient anyways for the visit. Couldn’t believe what I just witnessed and won’t trust them with my health if they treat others that way.
Staff is caring, polite, and thorough.
