We walked in and my Son seen the Dr 5 mins after we got there the Dr was very nice to my Son.
We were in and out - 3 of us in about 45 minutes. Dr. Hughes was great. Great bedside manner with the 3 year old. Explained the diagnosis and the treatment. The entire staff was extremely nice. Will definitely go back.
Loved my experience. I will be going here for my future visits. I had a concern over a side effect of a shot and called to inquire about my experience and was able to talk to the actual doctor that had cared for me earlier that day. Very very caring, kind and overall friendly staff with a great atmosphere. Happy I tried them out today and I would recommend anyone go there.

Really fast, and effective service. Front desk last was friendly and felt very Human. My Only complaint was the nurse made it feel very impersonal. Like i was just a number. Giving me orders. And the doctor didn't seem to care about me, just wanted to be done. But he was Very good, with the procedure, And stitches. Just, didn't give much aftercare instruction at all. Over-all. Best Urgent Care Facility I've been to in Slidell. And I've been to several.
I was in and out in about 20 mins with a shot and prescriptions!! Defiantly will be using this urgent care over the rest!! Thanks y'all!!

I had given a bad review due to some issues that were experienced but I am blown away by management's immediate response to me in handling the matter. I had barely hit post and was already sent a message. The situation was handled in such a quick, timely and professional manner.
