RecommendedEvery time I’m here the staff and doctors are amazing and attentive. The office is clean and welcoming. I’m also in and out in usually less than 30 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised that my doctor today actually recognized me from a visit last March! I had come in with the flu then and probably looked like death so the fact that he recognized me was impressive. Thanks again y’all for your care and service.

Visited today for recent migraines due to a medication change by my rheumatologist. This is my third visit in 2 weeks - I get benadryl and NSAID injectiond and I'm out the door. Today, I was seen by Dr. Gregory Gutgsell who IMMEDIATELY accused me of drug seeking behavior despite my very convincing argument that: (1) I'm not trying to get high off of benadryl and (2) even if I were its alot cheaper to go to Walmart. I left sobbing.
RecommendedWe love Dr. Blanchard and my grandchildren will only see him now. When they are hurt or sick that’s who they want to be taken to. Thank you Rapid Urgent Care and Dr. Blanchard.
I went on November 27 with a sore throat and sinus problems. On November 30 I woke up feeling worse than I did earlier in the week with additional symptoms. The follow up visit on November 30 proved to be a waste of time just like the initial visit. I went to a different facility on December 1. A different diagnosis was identified there and I started feeling better within a day after taking the appropriate prescriptions. I have learned my lesson by going here and will not be back.
My three children and myself have been seen here several times by Dr. Blanchard and staff. We have NEVER waited more than five minutes for a room. Always thorough and nice. Best urgent care I’ve experienced.
