Doctor was very thorough in his exam. Explained everything and answered all of my questions.
Front desk greet was nice, triage guy nurse funny, Dr Hughes a hoot. Waiting time was no big deal and you can do on-line appt time. Being from out of town, this Urgent care facility is a gem.
LOVE Rapid Urgent Care!! Myself and my oldest son have been several times. I don’t know if it’s the times we go, but we’re always in and out, everyone is super friendly and takes care of us! I drive from across town for this urgent care!
I will never return to rapid urgent Care . I brought my daughter there with a rash on her face. The dr said it was eczema which I knew it wasn’t. Gave her a bunch of creams that didn’t work. I ended up bring her to Dr urgent care where he said she had a bad case of poison ivy. She got a steroid shot and a liquid med and already looks better just in a few hours.
