Five total hours (one hour drive each way) and two and a half hour wait. Had x-rays that were not used, promised a prescription for my knee pain and have not received, was suppose to receive a phone call to setup another appointment for a cortisone shot and have not. Three hours total at Rapid Walk-in without any help. Horrible customer service.
Great people work there. Always know you will be taken care immediately.
I was able to be seen within 20 minutes of arrival, had x-rays done and saw the provider shortly after. A treatment was offered and given right then and there. Two days later I am virtually pain free. ROC is a much better option than the ER or Urgent care, for anything orthopedic.
The people here are awesome, caring & professionals such a great alternative to a ER
They got me in quickly at the walk in clinic got ex ray done quickly and I was seen by doctor immediately and evaluate and started on a course to solve my issue
I went to the Rapidcare Walk-in clinic on a Friday at noon . After a short 15 minute wait , I was seen. Everyone was very kind and caring . X-rays were taken and viewed right away . Best XRays I’ve viewed in years ! Crystal clarity ! And both Christy and Clint ( Nurse Practitioners) were excellent in carefully evaluating my injury . I even ordered a disk for my X-rays for future reference . I was in and out in about an hour . This IS where you want to go for any bone or soft tissue injury .
As the name suggest, it is rapid Care. And it's very good quality care as well. I am what you'd call a frequent flier, with a large file. all i can say is that when I am there I am at ease, these people are some of the best I have seen and am confident in the care they give. ten out of ten in my opinion.
