RecommendedGreat experience! Live having the option to go to a orthopedic rapid care clinic vs the ER or urgent care. These providers specialize in ortho. And have all the equipment necessary in one building to assess and diagnose. I strained my low back and could not walk without assistance. My visit there took about 2 hours. I felt well care for while there.
I was disappointed with the expected wait time of 3 hours, but it was about an hour and a half. Once I was taken to a room I received an X-ray quickly by a very nice tech, and then Clint saw me and reassured me that I had not done anything to the shoulder that was replaced 3 months ago. He answered all my questions thoroughly and did not appear rushed. I definitely recommend this option. Make sure you take a book or game, as you may have a wait.
My son was seen yesterday for an unexpected injury, and the staff were very timely and courteous. They were attentive, and Alex did a great job taking care of my son's injury and executing a game plan for a rapid recovery. I am extremely pleased with the care he was given. I recommend them for their timely response with care, xrays, and diagnosis.
