I was very impressed with Dr. Rankine with his demeanor, his knowledge and skills in handling of my sons case with seizures I have seen many Doctors with both of my sons and Dr. Rankine is excellent.

Worst Dr. I have ever seen! Waited over 3 hours. He spent less than 2 minutes with me and sent a bill for $245. Rude, rude staff, dirty office and waiting room. Find another Dr!

Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I felt confused and uneasy when I left Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? No. It took me several times to get through. Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? No, they didn't even attempt to explain

They were average Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes

Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.
