Terrible service! I am shocked at how unprofessional the service manager was, and what a poor job they did. I scheduled an oil change, tire rotation and two hour detail. They did an absolutely horrible job on the detail. When we questioned the work, the service manager told us to go elsewhere if we did not like it. He told us they only worked on it for 1.5 hours, yet I was charged for two hours. The service manager was arguing with my husband and raising his voice. Bought a car from them making it clear it was for a 16 year old and they sold us something that didn’t even last 10 months! Thankful nothing happened while my kid was driving it but now she has nothing. Car won’t even start and it’s been acting up for months! Yet we were told they “put a lot of money into the car”...
