Customer Service was terrible. Sales person we dealt with was awesome! When we walked in, everyone was busy looking at a 2020 Vet and never asked if they could help. The vehicle we wanted to look at was suppose to be back at a certain time and it wasn’t. We had other errands to do so made arrangements to come back, vehicle still not there. The ad said the vehicle had this many miles on it,so we never checked the odometer. Want to say thank you to my salesman Brad Steinbrecher for all he did for me on helping with the sale of my truck! He went above and beyond with his service and keeping me up to date on the the process. This truck had some issues, but brad and charlie made the deal right and worked hard to get it fixed for me.
