I purchased a brand new 2018 Chevy Silverado and have kept it well-maintained with routine services. Despite reporting transmission issues for years during these services, the dealership dismissed my concerns, attributing the problems to other causes. Now, at 89,000 miles and just 5 months from paying it off, my transmission has failed, and my extended warranty is expired. I had a check engine light pop up on my work truck. I called the parts department to see if they had what I needed to get my truck back on the road. Unfortunately they did not have it in stock but they got it for me the very next day. Thank you parts for helping me limit the time my work truck was down and getting back going again as soon as you could. Thank you!
