Horrible. Michael was not friendly or cared that was not happy about your surcharge for using cc. Very poor customer service. Wont be back and won't buy a car here again. Go somewhere else.

Roger my service advisor is always very welcoming. My vehicle was ready at the time promised at a comfortable price!
Disappointed with my experience so far with the service department. My 2017 Chevrolet Volt was dropped off on May 24th. They have had my vehicle for a total 41 days. I’ve tried calling my service advisor Dean Page multiple times to get a detailed update, but he always seems to be on lunch or with a client. I’ve left Michael the service manager VMs to call me back with an update he never did. The only communication I’ve received was a brief voicemail from Dean stating they don’t have the part to fix my car. No date. No courte... read more

We only worked with one salesman. He didn't tell us that the extended warranty that we were talked into would add thousands of dollars to the cost of our car.

One of the most insanely rude and unprofessional customer service experiences I've ever had! Devin, the manager screamed and cussed at my girlfriend and I like a lunatic. We agreed to a deal with them, and we told him from the start that the car we were trading in was had to be jumped the last time it started, and possibly needed a new battery, which is why we were asking for very little money for it.
