I brought my corvette to Gunn Chevy for an oil change, coolant flush and to clean my fuel line. All was great till I received a call from the service department saying my corvette was accidentally damaged. This happened on Tuesday and I am still waiting for the damage on my corvette to get repaired. COME ON MAN!
I just had a horrific accident and Alfred was kind, courteous and extremely empathetic. He drove me around the lot and was very accommodating. I took pics of the one I wanted and said I'd be back once I got the payoff from the insurance. I got Covid. So a few days later I called him up and he got the ball rolling all on the phone. He was amazing. I got the car I wanted with my lift gate and all I had to do was come in and sign. He was a blessing for me during a very stressful time.
