Staff was wonderful to work with. The staff was very helpful with all my questions. They also had a good variety of stock on Chevy Trax that I was looking for.
Communication was terrible throughout the process. Took way longer than it should have with parts not being ordered 3 weeks into the process. I was told they where putting new doors on my truck. That did not happen. My truck was giving back to me not finished, with lights on the dash, and I had to bring to another shop to fix and pay out of pocket. Worst experience I have ever had. Also, a new hood was put on my truck, apparently the hood vent trim wasn't replaced and replaced with the old one, which they didn't clip in all ... read more
My experience with Gunn Chev through the past few years has always been excellent. I am a retired soldier with a fixed income so I’m not able to get everything serviced on my truck as I would like due to the cost. But Gunn Chev explains everything in ways I can understand. Guide my on tips to about maintenance and always keeps me informed the whole time about my truck when it is in for service. Dean and another male representative at the service department were extremely rude and arrogant. Both of them sending me back and forth because neither one wanted to write up the paperwork to service my Tahoe. So Emma stepped in and handled everything with professionalism while being extremely sweet, polite and helpful. Her customer service was top notch!
