If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Tim Moran in Hemet has been nothing short of a nightmare. I came to the dealership specifically to purchase a brand-new vehicle, but instead, they tried to push me into a smaller car and even pressured me to consider a certified pre-owned vehicle. Tom Stephens was very helpful in assisting me in setting up some of the new features that my car has like syncing my phone and getting OnStar set up. This is my 3rd car that I have bought from Chesrown. I keep coming back because of the friendly atmosphere.
We are quite pleased with service specifically Paul Trujillo who is our primary contact in service. Our truck keeps running well.

They did an excellent job of explaining what was to be done. They checked to see if the job was covered under the extended warranty .

Would not acknowledge that my brake pads were faulty. Had to go to another dealership where they replaced them under warranty due to a defect. Service department at Tim Moran dealership said that the identified defect was normal.
After oil change there several oil drops on car engine and the car grill bad service hopefully fix the problem

These People tell you anything to get you in, than the whole script changes.. Went to have work done on car, talk to Cassandra and Jennifer...what a waist of time. This is not a reliable place, Under handed and very misleading..
