Dr Petyon performed my anterior hip replacement March 2024. I was able to return to tennis at a high level 4 months post surgery. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and expertise of not only Dr. Peyton but his entire staff. I would strongly recommend Dr Peyton to anyone considering an orthopedic procedure.
The scheduling staff is extremely unprofessional. You will not see Dr. Payton after the Initial appointment, he will be unreachable, you will only see the staff going forward no matter how serious your condition will be. They will NOT care. PERIOD.
I have been meaning to write this for awhile now as I have been so blessed by Dr. Peyton's partial knee replacement surgery. When I think about where I was 3 years ago (spring 2021) with severe arthritis and bone on bone in my right knee at 51 years old from multiple meniscus tears over the years (sports injuries) - I had no idea that I would be back to full activities and cycling as much as I have time for (70-90 miles a week). Had a knee revision via Dr. Randall Peyton. Big mistake. I am eight months post surgery and in more pain than I was before the surgery which I put off for two years, but the pain in the knee became so severe that I couldnt put it off any longer. He caused a fracture in the tibia which was seen on CT. The plug that he put in the lower leg went right into the wall of the tibia causing the fracture. Of course, he claimed ignorance. After asking around, these fractures are not uncommon for Dr. Peyton.
Dr. Peyton was straightforward with his diagnosis for a hip replacement, and it's now been 2 years since my surgery, and I could not be happier! Great experience with the PT staff too. Highly recommend this surgeon to anyone...
Misdiagnosis, recommendation for needless surgery, stonewalling when asked questions regarding my condition, enough said.
Dr. Peyton replaced both my hips. He was very encouraging and his staff provided a lot of pre-operative education. I had no problems during or after surgery and rehab, and recovered very well. It helped to use the therapists on his staff as there was continuity of care. I recommend him highly.
He bragged about how good he was.
Getting my hip replaced by Dr. Peyton was one of the best decisions I have ever made. From the demeanor of his his office staff to attentiveness of his surgical staff, I was never disappointed. My care was top notch and I am grateful.
