I bought a Fusion that was only 5 months old with 9600 miles. It was previously the managing general partner's sons car. I was told it had never been in an accident and provided a carfax to prove it. Turns out it had been wrecked, and instead of replacing a $12 part, it was super glued back together. That part ultimately failed and caused over $600 worth of damage! They refused to cover the repairs even though they lied to me!

just complete bad customer service they take your money it is like they do not want you business all they want is your money i will tell all my follwers not even wast saying the name its is a jok money was sent down the drain

Took my 2015 Mustang GT in for service with a rubbing, hissing noise coming from the front wheel after Town East Ford refused to look at it any further. Turns out TEFord broke the backing plate and it was scraping the rotor. Took 20 minutes and my GT is good as new.
