I've never bought a vehicle from them but the service department is horrible. They're located close to my office so thought it would be convenient to get basic service done on my F-150 here. I've never been more wrong. I've had 2 oil changes done and both took about 4 hours to complete. And I'm currently at hour 6 of waiting for my front brake pads to be replaced. They don't tell you prices or time estimates for anything and when I asked about getting my SYNC system software update, they said it costs $119. For a freakin' so... read more

I have had an amazing experience with the whole dealership! We came in 5 minutes till closing after having a horrible time at another place down the road and everyone was outstanding. We were in and out, deal done within 30 minutes. I have also dealt with the service department due to a minor issue with the car and they were equally wonderful. I have now become a customer for life. No other dealership operates like this one, they truly are customer centered. Shout out to Sean, Joseph, Josue, and Sheldon!
