Took my truck in for regular oil change and service. Service Advisor told me that a radiator flush, fuel system service, and transmission fluid change was part of 30k mile service. Before agreeing to these services I checked my owners manual. None are recommended by FoMoCo. Service Advisor lied! Dishonest and unethical. Have to believe the whole company works this way. AVOID!!!

Poor service, my husband got an oil change for his truck on Thursday. Today, the splash shield fell from beneath the truck as we were driving from Rowlett to the Colony. We had to travel from the Colony to Garland to fix the issue. The last visit was a 3 hour wait for an oil change because the Service guy forgot his truck was logged in for a oil change.

I live 4+ hours away but found a vehicle I wanted online here so I called ahead of time and talked to them about it. Asked if the price was negotiable and they said yes. So I drove 8+ hours round trip. Get there and work with Gary the used car sales manager directly. Great guy and really knowledgable (he was the one good thing at this place) we negotiate my trade value and price for the vehicle I wanted.
