Great experience as always!
I left your office without treatment for the following reasons. 1. I was told that x-rays would likely not be covered by my insurance since it was a few weeks short of a year since my last X-rays (4/25/17). 2. The dental hygienist, Elise, began periodontal probing in a manner that I thought was very agressive causing me significant discomfort and pain. I had read & heard nothing but good things about Dr Mar, Team, facility & expertise. Upon reflection of my initial visit - all facets performed well. I look forward to following the path Dr. Mar & Team has specified in my Plan.
I was disappointed that I had to get an evaluation of my teeth just to have my teeth cleaned. Most of my teeth are crowns or implants, so an evaluation is a waste of time and money. As a result, I am going to another dentist to have my teeth cleaned.
Once again I loved comming to see all. I never thought I would look forward to my visits.
Alyse, my dental hygienist, is always awesome and she didn't disappoint yesterday. She caught a loose gold inlay. In just a few minutes, Alyse and Dr. Stern cemented it back on. That was a close call. Tina in fiance/dental plans is always detailed and thorough. And I never have to wait.
I've been coming here for years and it's mostly a great experience and great people. My cleaning has been done by Nas for years, and she's awesome. After my last cleaning in Aug 2017, I scheduled with Nas for yesterday Mar 22, 2018. I show up, was greeted by a very nice young lady, then I wait 15 mins, just about ready to ask if they forgot about me, when some guy comes and gets me.
