My hygienist, Wendy, was very efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. She has always made my experience a pleasant and successful one.
I had to change dentists recently because of insurance. If my previous dentist had taken the time and performed as thorough, complete and caring evaluation as Dr. Stern did I may not have some of the problems she uncovered. She found real problems too. She did not try to up-sell me. I know because I've had dull pain for quite some time and my previous dentist did not really help. Even though I have some work to do, I'm grateful that Dr. Stern addressed the problems now before things got really bad.
FAY is great and takes good care of my teeth when I am there and explains everything. Thanks
