My wait time was quite short and my time spent in the chair getting my teeth cleaned was pleasantly easy.
Everyone in this office is always very courteous, sweet and always professional,
I will not be returning. I did not like my hygienist. All business. Informative, but she did not give me a good feeling to trust her. I did not trust her recommendations or information. I understand how medical offices work these days in CA- cold, fast, and to the point. Lack of customer service. You should trust your doctor. You should trust your dentist. I will find a more welcoming and relatable hygienist and dental office.
I've been coming to Rancho Niguel Dental for about 18 years, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff is friendly and kind. Dr. Mar is the best dentist I've had. You won't go wrong here!
Wendy is the sweetest person ever. She remembers everything from my fiance’ to what my last project was on my house. I find myself talking too much to her and making her wait to continue cleaning my teeth, lol! (Sorry dear!) always a great experience and she’s always gentle with cleanings. I literally drive an hour from my home to this dental office because of her.
