Overall experience was good overall. however; the office cancelled my daughter's appointment twine in a row and wanted to push it further in December. I had to switch her with my son's appointment as she is doing ortho treatment and needed her cleaning rather soon. The office offered only next available date and would not accommodate any sooner appointment, very disappointment specially when the cancellation came from the office,

Best dental visit I have ever had. I have never had a dentist explain everything so thoroughly. He told me he treats his patients as the same way he would expect to be treated. Keep doing that and your business will always be successful. I also had the best cleaning I have ever had. I am a new patient and I am really glad I found your office.

Leo is an outstanding Hygenist. I've always had a good experience at Rancho but I don't like switching Hygenists. Hope Leo is permanent👍
