Really happy with Cynthia and this facility.
After having a crown placed I was having a problem with biting my cheek to the point I could hardly talk. When I went back to Dr Phil he polished the crown down and then recommended I see an oral surgeon because I possibly had a blocked saliva gland. I found this frustrating because it definitely was a result of my crown being too big. I went back on Monday to see Dr. Stern. She again adjusted the crown which has helped. The doctors and staff are friendly, efficient and make you feel comfortable.
Dental assistant was very capable. She explained the process she was performing thoroughly. At times the tools being used and the headrest placement was a bit uncomfortable. The dentist was very tuned into making the bridgework outcome the best it could be to improve the previous bridge that had to be removed due to a cavity underneath.
