As much as I dislike having to have my teeth cleaned, my visit was good. It didn't take too long and with everything being explained as we went, I have no complaints.
Dental Hygienist did not identify herself to me, so I still don't know her name. As she started sticking a sharp instrument into my gums, she started muttering behind her mask. I asked if she was speaking to me. She said no, she was speaking to an assistant who was taking notes. She never announced what she was doing. My gums were sensitive, and the process was painful. Always a pleasant experience. Everyone is always so kind and friendly.
I really liked the dental assistant & dentist. The dental hygienist was too rough and made me bleed. I came to this office because it is in my plan but I cannot afford your prices. They are not in line with what my insurance says it should be. Also, I am suppose to receive 2 free cleanings a year not pay $205.
Rancho Niguel did an excellent job cleaning my teeth as always.I was greeted immediately when I walked in & taken back for my teeth cleaning immediately. Elyse, was my technician & she is awesome & very thorough & talked to me in depth about the care of my teeth, did a first class job on my cleaning. I definitely booked another appt for my next teeth cleaning.
