Great staff and experience!
Dr. Mar is the best! He pays attention to details, provides alternatives and answers all the questions. The staff and assistants are also great.
So Accommodating. Apparently I canceled my appointment and never took it out of my calendar. I showed up and they did not have me on the schedule but were able to fit me in anyway.
Really appreciate the e-mail reminders and booking next appointment at time of visit.
I have been coming to Rancho Niguel Dental for 19yrs now. Dr Mar and his team are the best. So gentle and caring. As much as I hate going to the dentist, coming here makes it that much easier.
Overall my cleaning appointment went well. The low rating is due to being charged for a Dentist review and not being advised I would be charged. The cleaning was $138. Dentist for 4 minutes was $95. I am retired and pay out of pocket. I have been coming to Rancho Niguel for over 30 years. The Dentist was not my usual one, Dr Mar. Dr. Mar would never have charged be for this.
I just had my first visit to this office and everyone on the staff was kind and helpful. I have anxiety with going to the dentist, but everyone from the ladies at the front, the dental assistant, and the Dentist himself were friendly and put me at ease. I’m looking forward to going back for my scheduled cleaning.
The staff listens to my concerns and needs.
