I lost a piece of an old filling and needed to be seen promptly as I was scheduled to go out of town in a few days. I called on a Thursday and saw Dr. Phil at noon the following day. The receptionist scheduled extra time in case dental work had to be performed. His assistant took dental x-rays and pictures. Dr. Phil inspected the tooth and remarked that he thought the tooth could be repaired relatively inexpensively. I readily agreed and within 45 minutes he repaired the tooth. Was here for an interval Invisalign check. Assistant was new which I totally get that there is a learning curve, but she didn't ask questions about how I was doing with the Invisalign. She didn't ask me any questions to determine whether I could change trays sooner. I had to bring it up and then she said she would ask Dr. Stern but I don't think she did. I'm almost 60 years old and have been to a lot of dentists in my years but this is the very best office I've ever been to. They are so professional and friendly. Most importantly the dentist, while he's working on your teeth tells you every little thing he's doing and why. It really puts me at ease and I know there won't be any surprises. He asks me repeatedly how I'm doing and makes sure that I never feel pain. I appreciate his bedside manner so very much. My hygienist Naz is super sweet and wonderful at what she does.
